ESP Kickboxing is based in Warwick with classes every Sunday at 3pm at Coten End

The class concentrates on developing core strength fitness with particular emphasis on kickboxing.

Classes are one hour long involving a warm up session and then heavy work on the pads.

Focus pads are provided but for hygiene reasons, students are asked to bring their own gloves.

For advanced students, there is light sparring, stick work and self defence.

Classes cost £4.  

Classes are fun and take place in a friendly environment.
